2. What These Terms Cover

These terms cover the pages of this website: the home page, the TripSplit page, Support, this page, our Privacy Policy and the account deletion instructions.

They don't cover the TripSplit app itself — that has its own app terms — and they don't cover anything else that happens to sit on this domain.

3. What's Ours and What Isn't

The words, design, layout and logos on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them and pass them off as your own.

The App Store and Google Play badges belong to Apple and Google respectively. We use them unaltered, as those companies ask.

4. Taking Us At Our Word

These pages are here to tell you what TripSplit does and how we handle your information. We write them carefully and keep them up to date.

That said, the marketing copy is us describing what we're aiming for, not a promise you can hold us to line by line. If you want the specifics of what you get, the app terms and Privacy Policy are the pages that count.

We also can't promise the site will always be online or completely free of mistakes. If you spot something wrong, we'd genuinely like to know.

Where we link out — to the app stores, for instance — that's someone else's website and someone else's terms. We're not responsible for what's on it.
